Everybody here has to understand that DNI has done a great job building a company. The allegations from a couple of months ago was nothing but a smear campaign by other graphite cos in madagasgar that didn't have a mining licence and were jealous that DNI did. You can go on the DNI board and check the posts from a couple of months ago and read about checkmate talking about it. Second Dan has done everything possible to build DNI, Raising money to buy a second property, a pilot project to sell graphite to Korea with offtake agreements, and the only thing they asked Cougar metals to do was drill 3000 meters in 6 months which they could not do, with 2 extensions, plus using the wrong drill. The only mistake Dan made was picking such a loser Australian compamy to drill it, but DNI was so small a year ago he had to make a deal and gave up half the first property for cougar to drill the 3000 meters. I thought at the time it was a bad deal. Cougar's allegations last night in their pr raises questions. On the australian stock exhange all companies under a certain size have to file a cash flow and activites report every 3 months or they get de listed. I wish canada had such a rule. In the last report filed by Cougar for the 3 months ending September 30th 2017 had none of the allegations that Cougar mentions last night in their PR. If what they said occured then it should of been in their activities report to the Australian stock exchange and to their shareholders. You wonder how much of what Cougar said last night really occcured if they didn't file it in their activites report. In fact Cougar CEO randall said that they were talking to DNI and awaiting a response in their activities report, and last night Cougar's CEO is saying such nonsense like he was afraid he was going to put in jail by DNI. Who would wait on a response from a company that was trying to put you in jail? Cougar's CEO randall has a history of suing all the time, but he never builds anything or sells anything, just issues shares all the time to pay his salary and kept the lights on.
