Finjan put up billboard.
It was seen by Google employee.
Said employee contacted Finjan.
Offered them $100 Google adwords credit if they spent $100.
Finjan accepted.
Now "Google is helping Finjan market mobile browser".
At least they didn't spend $8.5M like with IBM just to have some mysterious "partnership/agreement/understanding" nobody understands.
It sure sounded like it was just name-dropping. If someone wants to assume Google is interested in preloading the mobile browser on their phones... fine. More likely it is just a paid for banner ad campaign.
