That's the grand opening. NOt the soft opening. YOu don't want coverage there the first day, when your staff is learning things and things can go wrong. You never know what can go wrong, but you want it for a few days to make sure before you do the grand opening, and THAT is when you bring in coverage.

That's just the way it is done. NO coverage on soft opening day though.
