It sounds like sensor manufacturing company approached DarkPulse about their products... so the company came to DarkPulse, and I don't think a sensor manufacturing company is considered government, military, or CI/KR... so it might not be part of the JV on both of those counts. Would be great, but just doesn't sound like this one might be connected to BVTK. DarkPulse also does it's own business separate from BVTK. Not completely ruling out that it was an introduction by Dr. Cellucci, but just from the few things we know, there's no way to know that.
