Prior to July 15, 2024, the Convertible Notes will be convertible only upon the occurrence of certain events and during certain periods...

I presume these conditions will be spelled out in an SEC filing.

I'm not happy with the $8.17 conversion price (was expecting ≥$8.75), so the conditions for convertibility assume even more consequence (than they would have with a higher conversion price).
