These problems are known and priced in. Not saying risks aren't there, or people don't have every right to be skeptical, but any upside surprise like DOE funding, Utility funding, clarity on the dollar value of what Areva is contributing and this can run fast. It's possible the historic shareholder pain from Seth's missteps and excessive optimism is my gain.

JV was confirmed for December. Stock is not going to drop on JV news. If JV news is mostly fluff though probably time to bail because dilution is coming. That'll only work if there's meat on the bone.
