It is confidential. 2) The second bidder that, acc. to Miller's counsel, dropped out 3) not interested in bidding at all because he has some secret role with Hydrpharm No proof or even vague hinot of that 4) Not interested at all for one reason or another because he has other alkaloids in the fire. (bad metaphor). However, even if he was actively pursuing the other alkaloid (mycosomine?) or some form of cannabinoid also ?), my thought it was that if the IP for anatabine citrate were handed him on a silver platter, he would partake.
And really, is he starting over if he goes with the other alkaloid? There was at least some clinical trials and quite a bit of anecdotal evidence that anatabine was effective and valuable. But good to note, that eventually we will hear who the bidder is and other info.I suggested to Predator last week that we should all bid on it together. Just trying to stir things up and creative some news on this.
