Here's the reality. MMEG will have to do a reverse split soon because the toxic note holders can't sell anymore shares. Anyone getting paid in shares cant get their money either if there is no bid.

once the RS is done it will bump the price up only to have it driven back down before any shareholder gets their newly adjusted share count. MMEG management has basically screwed its shareholders.
