There's some truth to this.

Another delay will be pretty inexcusable after having 4 months to do discovery and possibly finalize a settlement (which seems a real possibility given CCGI's latest 10q).

Catalysts remaining:

1) The city of Chicago's investment in EV is still vague outside of a proposed amount. There's an expectation that JNSH will be heavily involved, but nothing concrete yet.

2) "Electrify America"'s investment is still several years off. Their initial deadline for the first 300 million isn't until Q2 2019, and there's no guarantee that won't get delayed as well.

Of course, that even assumes JNSH will be in the mix for that funding. We still haven't heard anything on that front from Brian, and it's likely he won't know anything for quite some time as well.

3) An announcement from JNSH stating what their plans are to invest the settlement cash infusion.
