I don't see that in the options. With the shares at 17.78 the Dec 17.50 calls are worth 28¢ asking 48¢ and the $18.00 puts are worth 22¢ asking 44¢. The puts have actually have 2¢ more value. So while there is very little skew, the skew that is there is bearish.
