Someone I know made a significant and serious offer to Paul for WM. They met (through Paul's lawyers) and ultimately the offer was not responded to... It was a good offer (and I believe it still stands, waiting on the table) and a much better option than Paul's scrounging pennies from dilution (in my opinion). Paul (seemingly) refused it by not responding. Why? Not sure. Paul has kids and presumably wants a future. This all happened (very coincidentally?) the same week that Paul renewed the license and the filings... Not sure what that means either, but significant time has passed and not jumping on the offer means Paul is satisfied with WM as it is...
