I definitely drink the Kool Aid because I really think Tom is a genuine CEO, not a con; and really think that his goal is the success of the company. He knows all the details; I don't. He knows how to turn around a world class company; I don't. So I am not going to doubt or 'armchair quarterback' something he does for a living!
And his reputation in REAL LIFE is stellar. Only people who have never met him, worked with him, worked for him, done business with him/for him, etc, are saying anything negative about him. No one has presented anything here, and if it was out there, you KNOW they'd find it! To me, that says a lot about his character in real life, and how he runs a company in real life. I will trust REAL LIFE over the internet any day of the week!
