Almost 2 years and 9 months from pre14c filing. That is BS. These filings should come with an expiration date. ive been here since june 2015 and nothing george has pr'd has come through yet.

Ive been reading about guys here for 20 years. 20 years is way too long to have hope in George.

The reverse stock split was originally authorized and announced in an information statement on Schedule 14(c) filed with the Securities Exchange Commission and a mailing to shareholders of record in March 2015.
