I agree with that statement. There is no way the company would engage in walking down the pps. It would be of no benefit. They would want the pps to be as high as possible going into the uplist. Gut feeling is that some have held the position for years and more, possibly larger positions, and are now finally in profit. Selling a little here and there to lock in that profit to offset any holding losses would make more sense. And they would even have to sell large amts as you can drop this pps down with a few 100 or thousand shrs with the light volume that has been typical lately. And some may be skeptical of a short attack on the uplist which is far from uncommon.
