09:08 AM EST, 12/05/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Pareteum (TEUM) gained 2% in pre-market trade Tuesday after it said its previously awarded $24 million agreement with an Eastern European telecommunications company has been extended to now include Smart City. The Smart City award will add an incremental $8 million revenue over the next five years, the company said.
