Logical? Ha... that's like saying it's logical to pay your house off and then go borrow 4 times it's worth the next day.

As I understand it this company is building a new brand and essentially starting over. The dilution to this point was necessary to have the capital to continue forward, but I wouldn't expect a raise in the number of authorized shares before a nice rise in the share price.
