Remember that when the beta testers "ran for the hills", that was an implication that the product didn't work

.

No is was simply an indication that that product was not as impressive as others thought otherwise they would not have run for the hills. It is all about getting useage and real clients with commercialized products and when every beta test and field test failed to entice the testors to become clients, that says it all!

Remember that when someone posted a list of the top 10 cyber security experts in the world, Rafael Gorgal was not on that list. That was an attempt to downplay or discredit the endorsement by Gorgal.

No that was attempt to show who the top ten are he might be number 11 does not make him any less important as a Forensic expert, but it does not qualify him or his firm as a product testing lab, a totally different skill set. Like I stated absolutely no comment that the VP product is superior to everything out there and absolutely no competitive analysis plus the caveat that it is not the cure all.

The debunked SAIC argument was meant to discredit the product and its effectiveness as well.

Too bad it would have been more creditworthy if Siac had reviewed the product. In any case I never stated that Saic had review the product that was someone else! BTW I do not believe Bruce, since he has spun too many stories which all appear as fabrications.

What about the independent third-party verification and certification of the product? Yep, you guessed it. That was also meant to discredit the effectiveness and the functionality of the product itself.

No it was meant to show that Bruce is afraid of having a real independent testing lab actually do a competitive analysis of the product. Not a forensic lab, but a reputable recognized cyber security testing lab.

What about the 35 to 50 million dollars worth of R&D that supposedly resulted in the nothingness of the product? That argument was designed to squash the effectiveness of the product and to cast Bruce as a guy just vacationing off of other people's money.

That has been debunked many times by just going back to 1999 and adding all the R&D expenses together bringing it up to date amounts only to $15-20M invested with $30-35M spent on sales, marketing, and Admin. That got to be the biggest scam in spending that kind of money on sales and marketing, especially when Bruce has no intention of getting ongoing revenue clients. Of course that makes perfect sense why in over 17 years they have not made a real sale to a client with a real commercialized product producing ongoing revenue.

Yes the day of reckoning is upon VLDI with its downgraded by OTC, sitting without cash, desperately needing financing, and on approaching 1 billion common shares on a fully diluted basis, only 700M shares authorized. In addition the revenue can is being kick once again down the road to Q1 2018. So when in the world is the ISV going to install the VP product so VLDI can collect an additional $75,000.

BTW we all know what happen to the death star.
