Instead of the closing fund, Perry should have put the fund in the conervatorship and then should have transferred all asset to other company.
Let investors sue Perry. Then Perry should have faught case in the court that Perry is following FHFA. lol

Can estate under conservatorship give all asset to kids TAXFREE?

One can put estate under conservatorship and then transfer all asset to kids or XYZ taxfree similar to GSE's case.
