Mine wasn't Chase (only get 15 free post).. I went to the bank and told their greeter's (they don't usually have them), what happened. They were very much aware of the situation I noted. Apparently, there was a power outage that caused the issue. Somehow it caused peoples past security prompts to be erased, hence why I had to select them again.
