According to the SOS---

On 2/22/13 PRPM had 4 billion shares.

On 8/23/13 Eddie upped it to 6 billion

On 2/19/14 he pulled a 1-for-10 R/S

On 4/16/14 he upped it to 12 billion

On 10/26/16 he upped it to 16 billion


OTC reports are nearly 2-1/2 years old-->

IMO Eddie burned through most of that 12B A/S and has probably dumped even more.

A 1-for-5,000 RS would drop the A/S to 1.6B (Mind you, Eddie has pulled much MUCH larger R/S before. His Artfest was 1-for-24,000!!!)
