Here’s another tidbit — SMCE claimed to be moving to incorporate in Wyoming to allow “substantial cost savings” for the Company as well greatly facilitate operations and filings. lol!

SMCE has not submitted financials for any period since September 30, 2016.

As if they care about “cost savings”, they just wanted to issue unlimited shares. Looks like FINRA saw right through that move.
