She did not give me any privileged info. She explained basically restated to me my complaint, and did not offer any resolution to it. I said the company was breaching it fiduciary duty and gave examples. She did not say whether or not she agreed. It was a long, well written response, that did not give me any sense of empowerment. I posted the email that I sent her on the same day I sent it to them. Around nov 9th to the 11th. Not sure of the date.
