More news fer ya... TECO was never listed anywhere, so can't be "delisted" as it was never listed to begin with. What I'm talking about is TECO's SEC stock registration, it will be revoked without a doubt...

Every stock that has been suspended for deliquite filings has been revoked... ALL of them.

TECO is no different other than they have ALSO been civilly charge with fraud and that certainly doesn't help in any way. It in FACT means TECO's stock registration is guaranteed to be revoked.
