I see. ICNVQ was trading at 0.0012 ~ 0.0001 like the other Non-Reporting OTC stocks. Its OS is about 500M shares. Now it is the best opportunity (due to the year-end tax-loss sales) to load those dirt cheap 0.0003s or even 0.0002s (no way to buy 0.0001s) from some weak hands since 500M shares OS stocks are usually trading at 0.001x very easily! Anyway my buying order at 0.0002 has been sitting for half a year but no any fill at all! So I Slapped many dirt cheap shares at 0.0003s ~ 0.0005s.

Let's say someone spends $3,000 to buy 10M shares at $0.0003 then one sells all at $0.0011 later. The huge gain will be $8,000 which is 266.67% Huge investment return!
