Incorrect.
I along with others have been saying that Q3 would not have the assets when we found out certificate of merger came out on November 3rd. Check the facts or find me one of my posts that I said otherwise post November 3rd. The certificate of merger wasn't received until November 1st, and notorized on November 3rd.
