RE; RMTD AND FOUR NEW TOTALLY MEANINGLESS POSTS
THE FIRST POST informs the board about VERIZON'S plans to advertise...O.K thank you WE will look forward to the new VERIZON ads..and what does that have to do with a company that has been defunct since 2010...well i guess a press release from 1994 answers that ..TOTALLY DELUSIONAL NONSENSE
THE SECOND POST informs the board about a new mandate ..what a new mandate has to do with a DEAD COMPANY that once was in the telematics industry is left to fertile imagination.( lots of airlines flying today ..no money going to the WRIGHT BROTHERS estate ..and than we are informed that TELOGIS allegedly was very generous to its employees at the holidays..WELL GOOD FOR THEM ..WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH RMTD ?????
THE THIRD POST informs of a deal between two companies in 2017 ( hey at least something current ) and follows with speculative nonsense about the TELOGIS acquisition of ALL RMTD ASSETS from the creditors after foreclosure in 2010 ..TELOGIS in 2010 was a private company and remained so through their acquisition by VERIZON ..THEY AHD NO OBLIGATION TO DISCLOSE ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS EVER.so speculate away...more meaningless nonsense...
THE FORTH POST offers a history lesson about tax rates in 2014 and imaginary nonsense about licensing fees that don't exist ..IF RMTD was getting licensing fees when the company sent a letter to shareholders in 2010 that hey had lost ALL ASSETS via foreclosure they would have had to disclose that ..that letter has been posted to this board innumerable times..re read it and see if it references licensing fees which would have been an asset and would make the letter materially false and subject the sender to fedeal securities fraud charges...MORE UTTER NONSENSE.
BUT THE FORTH POST CONTAINS THE ONLY VERIFIABLE FACT IN REGARD TO RMTD ON 12/02 /2017....BAG HOLDER
