... what I found interesting from the interview is what he said about the rentals; that when he puts a rental on craigslist, the unit rents right away... and that the biggest interest comes from pot growers.
If I was running GRWC; I'd focus on the industrial/commercial rental properties ... the ICI properties have alot more potential than the campground properties for cash-flow (and are less risky) ... IE: just look at the type of deals that IIPR just announced;

There's lots of vacant commercial/industrial properties out there that need re-purposing ... and I'd get into the California market asap.
Something must be up given the recent insider buys from the CEO & 2 Directors; my guess is they've done some type (or are close to) doing some type of financing deal.
