I finally got my response back from the SEC. I actually recieved it on 11/20/17. I wish i had noticed it sooner. I dread what i read. I'm out. I don't know if they allow me to share specifics, so i will not be posting her lenghtu response. She was very thorough in the response. Good luck to anyone left.
