It would have been far too simple to Photoshop the logo on Facebook and edit in NM, LLC. This would have been changed had they truly intended NM, LLC to be the permanent entity going forward...MY VERY STRONG OPINION! And while I am far from an attorney, IMVSO this adds to YA's liability should the stock be disolved. There would be jail sentences, homes and other assets would be taken, etc...PERIOD!
