Once the IPR final written decision is in I’m sure Carter will send a settlement sheet to each infringer. It’s not uncommon to see settlements happen during the “discovery” phase. I also think the “settlement” will be a payment to the lawyers along with a buyout of all shares. Cash in UOIP bank accounts does nothing for Carter.
