But speculators for the most part seek new "Opportunities" all the time, so slow movers are subject to being sold-out?

I still hold to the Axiom that some Penny Stocks will weather the storms and will become household NAMES in time! I believe that GERS has much to offer, especially when the litigation concludes! IMO..
