Then provide a single instance in which that has happened where an OTC security after being revoked publicly traded on the market again with the same CUSIP.

Also provide the regulatory law that allows them to reinstate a revoked security into a publicly trade status.

The FACTS are there are no means for the revoked security in your account to trade publicly again. It is a WORTHLESS SECURITY, as defined by both the SEC and FINRA as there are no 3rd party means of establishing a value. It will eventually be deleted 8n the 6 ears to come by your broker once they no longer want to pay the DTCC fee for physical custody of a certificate.
