Correct but he's going to sell his stake, since there's really nothing he can do imo.
There are two logical ways this can go:
1.asif runs the company and fraudulently pumps it
2. Asif sells his stake to another as a reverse merger

Either way the stock goes above .0002 and perhaps much much beyond that. I don't concern myself or speculate over ethics, just share price.
