When Dequn Wang took over DOLV there was only one convertible note outstanding for $14,115. Hardly anything for pink sheet but the note was convertible at .0001 so 141 million shares.

It's Excellent news that the note is now done. We've been able to run very nicely even with that note converting but now that it's done the next run should be the easiest.
