as for this split...kind of surprises me...I know that 15 billion is a big SS but the OS is only half 50% of that at 8 billion....I pretty much thought that R/S were more common with an outstanding shares maxed out to its Authorized shares from dilution is what led to R/S...like the OS being 80 to 90% of the AS...as for pinkies anyway.
