It is possible,
there is still a long ways to go
seeing as we still don't have CAFC calendar date.

02'-.01 yes is possible,
even highly probable if the odds go against us and we pull
poor judge panel.

Just as possible we see the .10-12's or above if Oil States pulls
out a win in SCOTUS. EIther way though, don't care,
this moving to district court is the end game for me.
That is the only place WDDD is going to make any money.
District court is the only place where we will be able to see
what the claims and patents are worth, whether we show up with just 1 claim, get back all of them, or something in between.

Some will say the remaining claims are worthless, others say they are 300 million or more, none of them know. Even if we get all claims back, and everything goes our way, Oil States wins, and all of that, still don't know, nor is there any real way us retail investors have any real idea what they are worth, anybody telling you differently has an agenda. WHat I do know from the sector, and past experience, is as we near district court the PPS will rise. Bank on that.

Is this moving forward to district court. ALl my research points to yes, it is.
