Someone's dream. The 15th will come and go and the stock will be at .0007, the CE will still be there and there will be no news.

I base that on the lack of any actual business progress regardless of "hiring" 3rd parties who may or may not actually do anything for the company.

You can "hire" them all you want, but that does not mean they actually do anything.
