Gotta try. It looks very suspect but in the scheme of things I don't know how easy those things are to prove. Except spoofing... They can pull leaders logs to see that. I'm still waiting on another response. I am trying to be careful and make sure that I'm not wording anything as "accusing" them because Idk if you can get in trouble for that. Lol. I'm sure this Jim Snow has absolutely nothing to do with it but maybe he will send my inquiries up the chain so that they are aware that we are in fact paying attention. They can't hide and blame it all on dilution.
