You have that about 1/2 right. It was at $10 because of a reverse split. Immediately afterwards shares were offered at $4, thereby giving shareholders, of which I was one, a 60% haircut. So, it's actually down from $4, it's now just about where it was before the reverse split, which I think was 1:4, but I might not remember that correctly.
