Synthetic THC/CBD is a Schedule 2 now but natural is a 1.

Actually, PirateGary, synthetic THC has been sold under the brand name marinol for over two decades.

Products produced from cannabinoids for industrial purposes from rope to fine paper like that The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution were written on had little or no THC. The final products could be imported but the yje plants are still illegal under our crazy quilt laws.

CBD is in a nether world of questionable legality and unlicensed quality. As best I can recall hemp is the usual source but INSY uses other cannabinoids with pharmaceutical grade manufacture.

Both Sessions and his most immediate Democratic predecessor are anti-marijuana fanatics. My impression of Holder was that he was just a tool who would do what he was told.

All JMO. Appreciate a bit of reason in a very dark corner.
