Let's see the SOS filing showing SNMN owns 50% the two stores in question versus the franchise rights. I'd say let's see the payments from SNMN to the contractors responsible for the buildouts and operating capital. We have seen dozens of tweets about donuts that are passed as reality on this trade, and so far none have been delivered regarding revenue producing acquisitions
