Has anyone one witnessed a buy recommendation over the past 5 years? Not I.



In my 40 years of stock trading I have NEVER seen a reputable company issue a buy recommendation for a company at risk of liquidation and/or under control/conserveratorship by the gov't or courts or auditors.

It's not like JP Morgan issued a buy recommendation, but this is pretty amazing if true.
