BCPI has just under 3.7M shares left to sell. They have sold over 1M in dribs and drabs without affecting the price. No worries as long as they keep selling small amounts daily.

They do investor conferences multiple times a year on both coasts. I listen to these closely for nuances that indicate the direction or likelihood on things not made fully public yet.

If you are able to attend the conference and meet with executives, report back your impressions. Of course they can't directly tell you nonpublic information, but I have spoken with a lot of executives at conferences and you can learn a lot from "how" they tell you things.
