Sitting here looking at my TDAmeritrade sec fillings and it clearly shows he has 54 million shares! That is 14 million more than are authorized.
If this was the old days I would be posting this stuff on the board and they would be calling me a paid basher shorter. I even had people and lawyers threaten me but of course some of them are now sitting behind bars!
If I wanted to invest in a company like this I would have to get on a airplane and visit it!
These days I have better things to do like invest into real companies that pay me!
