I dont know, you'll have to dig into them further if youre really interested. Scams usually have BILLIONS of authorized shares, INTV has 40 Million. These guys are SEC compliant doing the required reporting and HAVE the equipment mining coin. Talk to him, he's on Twitter. They are taking delivery of more rigs today, that'll be 130 of the 360 that are scheduled and may even get 500 rigs once their 5 Million funding is announced. Scams never come up with the goods they just PR that they have.
