who is the "they" that you are referring to?

Regarding acquisitions, if you look at the PR from September regarding trucking company acquisition, it states that the acquisition will be done via a combination of cash and shares.

Maybe cash is coming from "outside" sources, but their current cash position makes it hard to believe that they have a significant stock pile / access to cash to buy any company with at least $50M in sales...
