It has come to the Company’s attention that some individual E-trade users have been unable to place orders to purchase SWRM common shares using the E-Trade online electronic trading platform. The Company can confirm that we have spoken with both DTC and E-trade to confirm there is no chill issued on AppSwarm common stock but is rather a technical issue with the system on the E-Trade side.

This issue seems to be isolated to E-Trade as our security is still available to be bought and sold electronically with most other popular trading platforms.
