actually CBIS doesn't appear to be a scam. compared to most USA marijuana stocks CBIS has not had the huge mood swings. The stock price has stayed fairly consistent over the past year. with their recent news this stock will have a very strong 2018 simply opening business locations in LA will create a large stream of revenue. look for this to break $0.15 to 0.25 in 2018
