"On October 17, 2017, the Issuer engaged in a stock split however due to ongoing negotiations with an acquisition candidate the Issuer cancelled the stock split and anticipates issuing Preferred Series A and B class of shares with a conversion option into common shares. Further details will be released in Q4 once an agreement is in place."
