Your last statement could very well be the case. Esp. at this stage in the game and them executing their plan to list on the NASDAQ. That to me doesn't matter. Let's not forget who has the most to gain here - Wang as the major holder of preferred shares and insiders holding a significant % of the issued commons. I'd also wager a good portion of the float is owned by Chinese nationals. We're just along for the ride :)
